Caught myself paying extra attention to playgrounds as I do a virtual! biking! mission through Italy. Because apparently my brain needs to know just where to take the kids if I'm ever in Badia Pataglia irl.

International playgrounds are super interesting, though.

A lot of them just look like Russian ones in Europe. There's a lot of difference between European and American ones. Japanese ones look like very fancy Russian ones, and in China I didn't see a single one - just exercise spots for adults. Wonder what they look like in Africa?
